CHRISTMAS EVE – TIME FOR THE FAMILY

Christmas is the time we spend with the people who are particularly close to our hearts. That is why our restaurant remains closed on Christmas Eve, so that we, the Konzil team, can also enjoy this special day together with our families. You still don’t have to miss out on your Christmas treats: you can, of course, pick up your pre-ordered Christmas goose from us as usual.

A FEAST FOR ALL THE SENSES.

1. STARTER

Velvety chestnut soup refined with the finest truffle foam, served with homemade duck rillette and crispy baked herb brioche.

2. MAIN COURSE

Oven-fresh, crispy goose with a rich mugwort jus, served with fine apple red cabbage, glazed chestnuts, and traditionally hand-rolled potato dumplings.

3. DESSERT

Christmas cinnamon parfait with marinated red wine plums, accompanied by dark chocolate mousse and crunchy almond gingerbread crunch.
