Our goose roastery is working hard to make the pre-Christmas season stress-free and enjoyable for you again this year. Pick up your selected feast freshly prepared from us and let the magic of Christmas unfold in your home, without having to worry about time-consuming preparation!

The festive meal for up to 6 people:
- Christmas goose, perfectly cooked
- homemade apple red cabbage
- potato dumplings
- Burgundy jus
- stuffed baked apples
Preparation Instructions
The Goose
- Preheat oven to 140°C (convection).
- Leave the goose in the roasting bag, pierce the bag’s surface 5 times to ensure even cooking and allow steam to escape.
- Cook the goose in the roasting bag for 80 minutes in the oven.
- Then, increase the oven temperature to 180°C, carefully remove the roasting bag, and roast the goose for another 15 minutes to make the skin nice and crispy.
- To preserve juiciness, baste the goose with goose stock.
Meanwhile, prepare the side dishes
- Red cabbage: Remove from the bag and slowly heat in a pot over medium heat.
- Dumplings: Place in a pot of boiling water, remove the pot from the heat, cover, and let steep for 20 minutes.
- Baked apples: Heat in the oven at 160°C (convection) for 15 minutes.
- Jus: Heat in a pot and stir regularly to prevent burning. Stir the goose drippings into the jus.
Serve the Goose
Carve the goose and serve with the side dishes.
